Requesting Deletion of Your Data

If you would like JS Petals and Bows Flowershop to delete personal data associated with your account, orders, or support history, you may send a deletion request through our support channels. We will review the request, verify ownership when needed, and remove or anonymize eligible information unless we are required to keep certain records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or order-fulfillment obligations.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Email us at contact@jsflowershop.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the name, email address, phone number, and any order reference linked to the data you want deleted.
  3. If you have an account, send the request from the same email address used on the account whenever possible.
  4. If we need to verify ownership, we may ask for limited supporting details before processing the request.

What We May Delete

  • Customer account profile details
  • Saved contact information
  • Marketing subscription data
  • Support messages where legally permitted
  • Other personal information no longer required to be kept

What We May Need to Retain

Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons, such as completed order records, accounting records, anti-fraud logs, dispute handling, or compliance obligations. When full deletion is not possible, we will limit further use of the data where appropriate.

Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable time and complete eligible deletion requests as promptly as possible, depending on verification requirements and the scope of the request.
